ATV Rules
1. All participants must wear a helmet.
2. All participants must follow the instructions
of the guide.
3. We insist that participants travel at
reasonable speeds to ensure safety.
4. All participants must be at least 16 years
old.
5. All participants must follow the tour guide in
a single file line spaced a minimum of 30
feet apart.
6. All participants must take responsibility to
become aware of the features of the ATV
prior to the ride, including location of brakes,
throttle, and ignition switch.
7. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol.
8. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
This is an enjoyable guided tour on our
machines. Sorry, we do not provide rentals for
unguided riding.
